How it works
Four simple steps
Step 1
Book a drop-off
We're appointment only for consignment. Call the store and we'll find a time that works.
Step 2
We review your pieces
We look at brand, condition and current demand, and authenticate designer items in person.
Step 3
We sell it
Your pieces go on the floor and online. We handle photos, listings, marketing and customer service.
Step 4
You get paid
Earn up to 70% of the sale price. Track sales in your consignor portal and request a payout anytime.
Your payout
The more your piece sells for, the more you keep. Your payout is based on the listing price:

How pricing works: we price each piece based on brand, condition, original retail and what similar items are selling for right now, aiming for a price that sells quickly so you get paid sooner.
Getting paid: request your payout anytime once an item sells. You can see what's listed and what's sold in your consignor portal.
What we take
Name-brand and designer pieces in every size. Items should be clean, in good condition and in style.
Clothing & shoes
Anthropologie, Free People, Madewell, Lululemon, Max Mara, Levi's and similar name brands.
Bags, wallets & accessories
Coach, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, Dooney & Bourke and more.
Luxury
Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Prada, Hermès, Burberry and more. Original receipts, dust bags or authenticity cards may be required. If you don't have them, we will need a deposit to get it done by a third party. If it comes back as real you will get it fully refunded.

Every designer piece is authenticated
Authentication protects our buyers and our consignors, so we check every luxury and designer item in person before it's listed.
- What we check: hardware, stitching, labels, serial numbers, date codes and overall craftsmanship.
- What helps: original receipts, dust bags, authenticity cards and packaging. They speed things up and can raise your payout.
- If we can't verify it: we'll respectfully decline the item.
- For luxury items ($500 and over): we will involve a third party to help verify. We have a $15 deposit that gets fully refunded if it comes back and legit
Good to know
How long are items listed?
Through the end of the season. Luxury and high-end pieces may stay past the season as year-round items.
What if something doesn't sell?
Pick it up for a $5 retrieval fee, or we'll donate it to a local charity. Luxury pieces are never donated.
Can I track my items?
Yes. Your consignor portal shows what's listed and what's sold.
